A Canadian citizen based in Paris (France), Thierry has an extensive experience in innovative business creation and development in various sectors in North America, Europe and Asia, for large multinational organisations and start-ups alike, as well as in helping leaders and their teams transform their organizations.  He has been guest lecturer on various subjects such as young entrepreneurship, mergers and aqcuisitions and cross-cultural synergies, and is the co-author of Circus Company (Eyrolles, 2006), a book on agility in the 21st century. Recognized for his ability to understand complex situations, and for his relational and facilitation skills, he is frequently mandated by diverse organizations to help leaders and stakeholders of collective challenges apprehend complexity, develop agiliity and innovate to find practical solutions together.
