For the past 12 years, Jasper has been a trainer and a coach within the group of the Constance seminars. In addition to the internal coach training with a focus on behavioral training, Jasper completed a one-year coach training at Neuland Academy for Modern Leadership, by the German Federal Association for Coaching (DBVC). He is certified two-year coaching training Constance seminars, as well as numerous in-service training. In 2011 he was certified as a Reiss Profile Master. Besides his work as a trainer and a coach he is also responsible for the management of the Konstanzer Seminaren company.
